PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
|

The mission of the CRM Solution Management team is to make SAP the leading business solution provider in the CRM sector for companies of all sizes by maximizing value creation for our customers, our partners and
our company. The SAP CRM solution offers a complete set of functions and channels that is needed by customers to acquire and retain customers, improving customer loyalty, gaining customer insight, and implementing customer-focused strategies. As a member of the ASM CRM team you will work as an interface between CRM customers, Partners, Analysts, the SAP field organization (consulting, sales, pre-sales) and our internal stakeholders such as development, quality management and knowledge management. You will be driving the product definition and the roll-out to the market of a specific SAP CRM component. The same will be in accordance with the business plans of SAP under the leadership of our global CRM organization. You will thereby work together with global SAP CRM teams, regional and local sales & consulting forces, partners and customers. They will help you to collect market requirements to design the solution and the solution roadmap that will meet the needs of our customers. You will work in one of the following components: CRM Sales, CRM Mobile (Laptop Solution), CRM on Demand (Hosted Solution). |

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
|

Knowledge of the indian market desired, Product management experience desired, but not a must.Good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.Experience in working with enterprise applications software.
Knowledge about SAP CRM or any other CRM solution desired – also as an user. Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.Strong team skills, especially working in cross-functional teams. Strong relationship-building and alignment skills.Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal (in English). Detail oriented – but with an ability to move to the 30,000 ft level when required. Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate complex ideas. Self-starter, highly motivated with high energy level, willing to deliver excellent results. BE,BTech,ME, MTech or MBA preferred.
